Scholarships

The Seattle Metals Guild Scholarship Program offers five different scholarship and grant opportunities for jewelry and metal artists in the Pacific Northwest (Alaska, Idaho, Oregon and Washington). These awards offer support for individual projects, education, teaching, and travel. The opportunity they provide enriches not only the individual recipient, but also the collective knowledge of the Guild.

Each scholarship or grant is named for a luminary in the metal arts field, honoring their memory and commitment to the craft.

In exchange for their scholarship or grant, Seattle Metals Guild asks each recipient to make a presentation to the membership on their award-related project or experience.
